LOVE DUG TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Love Dug. This website, lovedug.com (the "Site"), is operated by Love Dug Limited ("Love Dug," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and every purchase you make from us. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy are part of these Terms.

1. Acceptance. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase from us, and you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order information. Our store is built for shoppers in the United States.

3. Products and product information. We work to present descriptions, measurements, materials, colors, and care details accurately, but colors may vary slightly by screen, measurements may vary slightly by hand, and production batches can differ in small ways. Please review the product page carefully before ordering. We may change prices, run promotions, or discontinue products at any time without notice. If a pricing or description error affects your order, we'll contact you with the option to confirm at the correct terms or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders, acceptance, and payment. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we dispatch your items. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but isn't acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order — for example, for suspected fraud, undeliverable addresses, availability problems, or pricing errors — and if we do, you'll receive a full refund promptly. Payment is collected at checkout through secure third-party processors; we never see or store your full card number. Any compare-at or former price we show is based on genuine pricing information.

5. Shipping and delivery. Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery timing varies by product and destination; any timeframe shown on a product page or at checkout is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. If we can't dispatch your order within a timeframe we stated when you ordered — or within 30 days if we didn't state one — we'll contact you with the delay notice, consent option, cancellation opportunity, and refund required by applicable law. We remain responsible for your package until carrier-confirmed delivery; if an order is lost in transit, our Return & Refund Policy applies. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages at no extra shipping cost. We aren't responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (carrier disruptions, weather, customs inspections, governmental action), though your cancellation and refund rights above are unaffected.

6. Import duties and charges. We aim to have import duties prepaid by our fulfillment partners and built into our prices. Because partners and shipping lines vary by product, we can't guarantee this for every shipment; where a duty, tax, brokerage, or carrier-processing fee is not prepaid, it may be payable by the recipient. If a carrier requests such a payment, email business@lovedug.com before paying an unexpected import charge so we can review the shipment details. We can't guarantee reimbursement of charges paid before you contact us.

7. All sales final; when we make it right. All sales are final, as described in our Return & Refund Policy — we don't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of carrier-confirmed delivery and we'll review available remedies described in the Return & Refund Policy; if a defect only becomes apparent later, contact us as soon as you discover it. We’ll cover the reasonable authorized return-shipping cost where required, and you shouldn't ship anything back unless we've asked you to in writing. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you hold under applicable law that cannot be waived.

8. Product use and safety. Follow all product instructions, warnings, sizing guidance, and care information. Use electrical and heated products only as directed and don't leave them operating unattended unless their instructions expressly permit it. Keep items with small parts away from young children, and use pet accessories under owner supervision. Stop using any product that becomes damaged or unsafe.

9. Intellectual property. All Site content — text, product copy, images, graphics, logos, and layout — belongs to Love Dug Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt to breach its security, scrape or harvest data, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or interfere with other users. We may suspend access for violations.

11. Reviews and submissions. If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you confirm they're truthful and yours to share, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use them in connection with our store. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading. Nothing here restricts your right to publish an honest review.

12. Third-party services. Our store runs on Shopify and uses third-party payment, analytics, fulfillment, and delivery providers; purchases are made from Love Dug, not from those providers. Links to third-party sites are provided as-is, and your use of them is at your own risk.

13. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity. The Site and its content are provided "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Dug Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

14. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you reside in the United States, nothing in this clause deprives you of mandatory consumer protections of the state where you reside, or of any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

15. Changes, severability, assignment, and entire agreement. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the Site means you accept the changes. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. These Terms (with the policies they incorporate) are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.

16. Errors and Corrections. Website information can contain errors or omissions involving product descriptions, prices, availability, promotions, shipping, or specifications. We may correct errors and update information. If a material error affects an accepted order, we will notify the customer and provide any remedy required by law.

17. Force Majeure. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, customs delays, carrier interruptions, governmental action, infrastructure failures, labor disputes, and natural disasters. This does not remove any delay-notice, cancellation, or refund right required by law.
